Canceling your subscription

You can cancel Rubly Plus at any time — no calls, no questions. Open Profile → Manage subscription (or use the customer portal link in your receipt email) and click Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Try before you pay

The first lesson of every course and all care guides are free, no card required. Paid plans start with a 3-day free trial: cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged at all. We email you 2 days before the trial ends, and renewals always stay at the price you subscribed at.

Refunds

If something went wrong — you were charged unexpectedly, a purchase didn't unlock, or Rubly simply isn't what you hoped — email us at contact@amazekid.net within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right, including a full refund where applicable. Purchases made through the App Store are refunded by Apple: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
